A new podcast appears on the LegalTalkNetwork called “The ESI Report” hosted by Michele Lange /pdf/, the Director of Product Line Management, Legal Technologies at Ontrack Discovery.
The first episode is up and it is a great listen. The show is very well produced. Michele interviews Ken Withers, who has been involved with e-discovery for many, many years. Ken talks about the new executive director of the Sedona Conference, a retired judge who Ken interestingly points out that the new judge will bring some state focus to the Sedona projects.
The show also gives a little more insight into the “RAM case” officially known as Columbia Pictures Industris v. Bunnell.
