I will be attending the Northern Kentucky Law Review’s Spring Symposium titled “E-Discovery: Navigating the Changing Ethical and Practical Expectations” tomorrow morning.
The symposium features several speakers including:
- The Honorable John Carroll, former United States magistrate judge and current dean of Cumberland Law School
- Gregory Harrison from Dinsmore & Shohl LLP
- Thomas Allman, and
- Steven Bennett from Jones Day
